Paragon Station, at 200 South and 300 West is Utah’s first LEED Gold Certified multifamily adaptive-reuse project. This means we’ve updated an original historic building (built in 1921) with new plumbing, geothermal heating, energy efficient windows, liberal insulating and reduced water use. We maintained the essential historical brick southern facade and the basic skeleton of the structure but modernized the east facade with decks and sliding doors for each unit. We added a roof deck and atrium to maximize light and livability. With 38 luxury units ranging in size from 800 to 2,600 square feet, there is something for everyone. Your city home awaits you!
